Having been in the industry for 20 years, Jen’s knowledge for hair and tenacity for personal experience/growth brought her to swing the doors wide open that is Industry Hair! Combining her love for interior design and hairdressing was something that was destiny. Focusing on giving a personal experience, yet being on the forefront of education and bringing the best in new treatments, services and products is her ultimate goal for this chic salon space.

Cancellation Policy
-A credit card is required to be put on file under your private profile. We will not have access to your card numbers in our system. This is to help enforce our cancellation and late policies.
-Industry Hair Co. enforces a very strict cancellation policy to protect our staff. We ask when booking an appointment with us that you keep a credit card on file. Your card will not be charged unless you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or if you 'No Show' an appointment. We understand life happens, but we ask you give us the courtesy of cancelling with more than a 48 hour notice. If you do cancel or change your appointment less than 24 hours there is a charge of 50% of your scheduled service you will be subject to pay. If you are a 'No Show', meaning you do not give a notice, call us to cancel, and do not show up for your appointment, 100% of your service will be charged. Thank you for understanding.
Late Policy
-If you are more than 10-15 minutes late there is a charge of 50% of your service you will be subject to pay. Depending on the circumstance you can also opt out of any finishing work (blowout, style, etc.) Thank you for understanding.
